As the "Office Wizard" for You Move Me you will have the opportunity to grow with this quickly growing company, and participate in multi-million dollar business growth. Through your enthusiasm and technical skills you will play a key role in the business? success.Administration AssistantPart-Time - 20 to 25 hours/ week$17/hrYou will be responsible for working alongside You Move Me?s General Manager and accounting team to support them in efficient move delivery of the highest standards in the residential and commercial context, and post move examination. This includes move set-up, delivery, follow-up, data gathering, AP/AR and analysis.As an essential part of this job you will be required to remain focused and poised in a fast paced environment. By leveraging your organizational skills you will be expected to manage multiple issues concurrently. You must be able to embrace change in support of an ever-evolving business.RESPONSIBILITIES:Operations:
Job confirmation, along with ordering supplies and other job needs
Data inputting, preparing profit reports and analytic support
Invoicing and processing payments
Creating and maintaining client files
Inventory management
Client communication by phone
Communication support
Account acquisition
Tradeshow support
Human Resources:
Managing payroll in collaboration with accounting team
Collection and organization of employee and sub-contractordocumentation
REQUIREMENTS:Professional & Personal:
An entrepreneurial spirit (willing to do whatever it takes)
Administrative experience; preferably in service based industry
Comfortable and excited to work with people and independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
A passion for delivering world-class customer service
Proficient with Google Suite Apps, specifically sheets & docs.
Understanding of basic accounting would be considered an asset
Relevant education/certification would be considered an asset
