• First point of contact for assisting and coordinating Customers and Clients • Information, visitors and phone calls are received and screened using good judgment • Work as a team player in a timely manner to assist in the day to day operations of the business • Strong technical skills in software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as various types of office equipment • Capable of operating independently with minimal direction while keeping the team informed of variances, potential problems and/or sensitive issues, etc. • Analyze information, identify and resolve issues • Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, processes, and requirements • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals in a wide range of situations, which usually requires tact, diplomacy, and discretion • Provide efficient, effective service to all Clients and Customers • Respond to Client and Customer requests promptly • Daily filling, responding to emails and updating records on a frequent basis. • Daily inspections, “walk around” of property and car parking areas to notify appropriate parties of any issues.
