Skills and Qualifications
This individual must have completed post-secondary education or has attained equivalent amount of working experience to perform the necessary tasks of this role. This position is considered as an entry level position. The individual must be able to work well independently, and also in a team environment taking direction from supervisory staff in managing their duties.

Good working knowledge of JONAS Premiere software is necessary to be successful in this position.

A Level 1 Office Administrator (Receptionist and some Accounting Functions) will be able to work independently and in a team environment. He/she will have great phone mannerisms and strong people and organizational skills. The candidate will have a professional attitude and appearance, be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, be able to multi-task with the ability to prioritize tasks, have knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents and have exceptional customer service skills.

Level 1 Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, clients and guests by greeting them at front entrance and will maintain security protocols by ensuring the Visitor Logbook is completed by each visitor.Maintain office equipment, supplies and other TELSTORM paraphernaliaTelephone system; answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a timely and professional mannerBook, organize and ensure rental cars and corporate vehicles are readily available for staffMaintain the corporate vehicle sign out logCreate project labels, folders, files and/or booklets when requestedPlace, check, organize and ensure courier orders are delivered on time and to their proper locationsEnsure administration office spaces are clean, neat and organized and collating station isstocked
Perform all necessary office filings of hard and soft copiesPrint and bind documents when requestedIssue new/updated phone directories to all staffComplete meeting minutes as requested on specific projectsRespond to emails and other office correspondenceProvide other general clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying, transcribing and faxingMaintain storage room filingsProvide accounting support when needed using JONAS Premiere software. AP. invoice entering. Duties may also include placing follow up calls to clients for AR.Take direction from Office Manager and Accounting Department on other specific duties suited to position and skills
