TURNOVER COORDINATORJOB DESCRIPTION The turnover mandate is to support projects during the construction phase by ensuring red-lines and quality documentation is being produced in a progressive manner, documentation is of a high quality and to drive priority based turnover of documentation and assets. Turnover coordinators ensure systems are turned over in a safe manner with all applicable checks having been completed and documentation accepted.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Turnover Manager, the position must be: Accountable to ensure the overall safety in making turnover decisions and recommendations, including requirements are implemented as per our client's OEMS and considering safety and environment is a core value. Accountable to manage an electronic turnover database and steward document review following established turnover processes. Accountable to train contractors in the use of an electronic turnover database. Accountable to progressively audit contractors to verify adherence to project, industry and job specific requirements. Accountable to review turnover documentation indexes and documentation. Accountable to drive contractor progress to completion of construction work fronts, including field construction, documentation and deficiencies. Supporting the Final Walkdowns (FWDs) of systems, responsible for Punch list creation and categorization and verification of completion of punch items where necessary (risk based). Supporting IWP Walkdowns. Support groups like Regulatory, Document Control, Quality Assurance, Field Engineering, Project Engineering and CS&U/RFO for technical interface and issues resolution. Familiarity with MS Access and SharePoint an advantage.JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 10 - 15 years of construction experience on large oil and gas projects. Must have spent at least 5 years working in project turnover groups. Oil Sands &/or In-Situ experience Oil and Gas Industry standards knowledge Domestic and Alberta project construction knowledgeINTERPERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: Team player Ability to build constructive relationships with client groups Life cycle value focused disciplined mindset Demonstrate our client's values and MP high performing team norms
